Mr Lim Lian Soon

Mr Lim Lian Soon is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 1985 and a Fellow of Certified Public Accountants of Australia since 2004. He is also a Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) and the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP).

Mr Lim is a Director of CA TrustTaxation Pte Ltd and Senior Consultant of CA Trust PAC. He was the CEO of a Singapore listed company for 3 years. He was also running a public accounting practice for more than 10 years. Mr Lim is is also involved in the areas of corporate recovery and insolvency.

Mr Lim is very active in academia. He has been regularly giving lectures and seminars in areas of audit, finance and taxation since 1975 at various educational organisations, including ISCA and SAICSA and in-house training for various government agencies, statutory boards and private entities.  On the community service front, Mr Lim had served in various committees in ISCA, ACCA, ITE, etc.  He had also served as a Chief Examiner for a professional body and is currently on the Academic Board of the Singapore Accountancy Academy. 

In addition, he has been appointed workshop facilitator and technical reviewer for the Singapore QP.
