Programme Synopsis

Get ready for the game-changer in the tax world with the latest ongoing developments on Pillar 1 Amount B.

While many were immersed in the festivities last December, the OECD dished out its Christmas present in the form of the pricing tool and fact sheets on Amount B to help companies ease the implementation burden.

How should the arm’s length principle be applied to in-country baseline marketing and distribution activities with the new simplified and streamlined approach? What are the notable areas to bear in mind when identifying transactions in-scope for Amount B? How do we determine the return on sales percentage in the pricing matrix of Amount B?

Come join in the discussion and get acquainted with the key elements of the Pillar 1 Amount B calculation, wrapped with an overview of the ongoing developments of Pillar 1 Amount B in various jurisdictions and peppered with sprinklings of predictions following the recent decisions from the White House.

Join the team from EY Singapore’s International Tax and Transaction Services, Transfer Pricing Department – Accredited Tax Advisors (Income Tax) Mr Jonathan Belec, Partner, and Mr Stephen Lam, Partner, in this session that promises to help you navigate through the new transfer pricing world under  Pillar 1 Amount B.
