Programme Synopsis

This is an in-person half-day workshop by RSM to equip your incident response team members with the latest disaster recovery and business continuity best practices. The session features a facilitated data breach simulation, allowing your key stakeholders to work through a realistic cyber incident and test their response plans, decision-making, communication and coordination.  
 
This workshop helps organisations to identify gaps before a real incident occurs, enhance response speed and effectiveness, improve stakeholder communication, and strengthen overall preparedness, disaster recovery planning, and business resilience.
