Programme Synopsis

Cross-border transactions are now a routine part of business, but withholding tax remains one of the most commonly misunderstood and frequently overlooked areas of Singapore taxation. Errors in identifying withholding tax obligations can result in unexpected tax costs, penalties, and compliance issues.

This practical one-day seminar by CorLeAcc Events provides a comprehensive overview of Singapore withholding tax and its application to common business transactions involving overseas vendors, consultants, service providers, licensors, directors, and related parties. Through practical examples and case studies, participants will learn how to identify withholding tax exposures, apply treaty benefits, navigate IRAS requirements, and avoid costly mistakes.

Whether you are involved in finance, tax, accounting, procurement, legal, or business operations, this seminar will equip you with the knowledge and practical insights needed to manage withholding tax risks with confidence.
