Programme Synopsis

On top of the cornucopia of updates and tax news to catch up on, the hours of a tax professional are hijacked by situations like figuring out how intercompany figures are derived. Even after knowing how the figures are derived, there is always the issue of the financial outcomes not being aligned with the set transfer pricing (TP) policy.

In addition, there is the issue of governance, controls set and review, to prevent unexpected woes of realising TP calculations have been modified without your knowledge. Is your annual calendar characterised by managing large TP true-ups or challenges in meeting pre-determined margins and targets?

If any of these resonate with you, this session is tailored specially for you. Come join Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax), Ms Elis Tan, Executive Director, Transfer Pricing at BDO Singapore, for an online session which brings you down into the realities of Operational TP (OTP) to up your knowledge on how to rise above OTP issues. Pick up insights and exchange perspectives on implementing TP policies to ensure they translate into correct legal entity financial statement outcomes.

Programme Outline

  • Gain comprehensive insights into the Transfer Pricing Lifecycle and the key activities under each stage.
  • Learn practical strategies to enhance visibility and control over managing OTP activities.
  • Know what it takes to implement the Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) framework to improve OTP processes.
