Programme Synopsis

14 June 2024 – the day the super popular e-tax guide on Transfer Pricing Guidelines (IRAS TPG) was updated and published by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).

Into its seventh edition, IRAS TPG is updated with changes, enhancement and additional guidance in various areas, all packed into an expanded 189 pages.

SCTP is pleased to collaborate with IRAS on an upcoming webinar. Join us in this webinar to elevate your understanding on everything you need to know on the updates. Hear the tax authority’s perspectives and clear your doubts in the Q&A segment.

This session will bring greater clarity to all in the tax community on the updates in the IRAS TPG (7th edition).

Programme Outline

Gain a better understanding of the latest TP changes in the areas of:
  • TP documentation requirements
  • Enhancement to the exemption from TP documentation
  • Arm’s length obligation for related party loans and capital transactions
  • Meeting the conditions for strict pass-through costs
  • Transfer pricing considerations for government assistance
