Programme Synopsis

You may have seen how Robotic Process Automation (RPA) works. You may have seen how RPA has been applied in other functions and it has in turn piqued your interest in applying this productivity-booster to various aspects of your tax work.

Wait no longer! This workshop is now open for registration! The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, Singapore Polytechnic and Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals have come together to offer a specially-curated two-day tax-related RPA workshop for Tax Service Providers, conveniently held at SCTP’s office and it is heavily funded!

This is your opportunity to take a leap forward in not only having hands-on experience of how RPA is applied but also gaining the vital know-how on how various aspects of tax work can be re-designed to incorporate RPA into its processes to ensure accuracy. You can then also focus on the more important aspects of your tax work.

Join Mr Ronnie Hoh, Senior Lecturer, and Ms Germaine Lim, Lecturer, from the Singapore Polytechnic School of Business (SB) as they lead this workshop on incorporating RPA into tax work.

Programme Outline

Day 1:
  • Intro to UiPath and RPA training (using data entry for tax filing as example/demo)
Day 2:
  • Customisation of RPA for Form C-S, C-S (Lite), and C for your firm
  • Introduction of RPA for other tax and non-tax processes e.g. Client management (sending notifications via email and Whatsapp); Roll over of tax computation
