Tax controversies are escalating and the magnitude are increasingly significant too. Massive. Yes, tax is hot. The heat is on.

The Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals is kicking off the year with the established team at WongPartnership on what taxpayers or professionals can expect when a tax dispute is brought before the Singapore courts.

Bringing you right into the hot seats at the Board of Review, hear from the experienced team on the appeal process and on how to manage tax controversies from past cases. In particular, learn how proceedings before the Board of Review are carried out, be it for income tax or GST.

From the moment the notice of objection is lodged, find out what goes on behind the scenes until a judgment is delivered. Join in the discussion on these issues with Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax) Mr. Goh Ziluo, Partner and the team from WongPartnership

Learn how cases are generally approached and about the potential pitfalls and important points to take note of.
