The e-Tax guide on Transfer Pricing (TP) Guidelines was last updated in August 2021, Yet, TP issues continue to punctuate a tax professional’s tax work. What’s more, it is no secret that transfer pricing issues are getting more complex. With that, advance pricing arrangements (APAs) are becoming more popular. 

Bringing together individuals from the TP team and the TP and Dispute Resolution Branch at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, this upcoming in-person half-day session promises to string the various key aspects together and highlight the essentials of TP as well as the process and considerations to note in APAs and the Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) and Arbitration

Grace is a tax specialist in the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore dealing in advanced pricing arrangements and mutual agreement procedures relating to transfer pricing issues. 

She has more than 5 years of experience in transfer pricing matters and is involved in bilateral negotiations with various foreign tax authorities on transfer pricing cases. Grace is one of the representatives for Singapore in the OECD’s FTA MAP Forum, under BEPS Action 14.
