Programme Synopsis

While many of us yearn to make a trip across the causeway for a short getaway or to indulge in a dose of shopping and good food, this webinar aims to bring you into the heart of Malaysia’s Transfer Pricing (TP) regime.

Malaysia may have similar Transfer Pricing (TP) guidelines with Singapore, congruent with the guidelines from the OECD, do not be blindsided and assume you are familiar with both regimes just by knowing Singapore’s. If your organisation or client has international footprint on both sides of the causeway, this is a must-attend session!

Join in this upcoming webinar where Ms Adriana Calderon, Director at Transfer Pricing Solutions Asia and Malaysia and Mr. Tan Hong Chuan, Director of Transfer Pricing Solutions Malaysia shares their personal experiences and expertise in managing TP on both sides of the causeway. Journey with them through the key aspects and latest developments of Malaysia TP and, pitfalls companies typically fall into.

Programme Outline

  • Get up to date on the latest developments in Malaysia’s TP regime
  • Learn about the new TP Documentation and penalty regime in Malaysia
  • Understand what the essential pointers are in managing TP in Malaysia
    - The must-knows, common pitfalls and best practices of Malaysia’s TP
    - Key differences between Singapore’s and Malaysia’s TP regimes
